You can return any unused product within 90 days of receiving your order; please note that after the summer offer, the guarantee will go back to 30 days. Return conditions:

All Serena products can be returned within 90 days of delivery. Items must be returned complete and in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged or incomplete may be refused.

Registration and inspection:

To make a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return instructions along with our shipping address. All returned items are inspected within 5 to 7 business days of receipt, and you will be notified of the result by email.

Costs and shipping:

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, defective or damaged items). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned complete and in their original condition for the return to be accepted. Customs-related delays are beyond our control and are not a valid reason for a return. Items purchased as a bundle must be returned in full and cannot be returned separately.

Exchanges:

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned complete and in their original condition. After inspection and approval, a store credit voucher will be sent to you by email so you can place a new order. Direct item-for-item exchanges are not possible.

Acceptance and refusal of returns:

Serena reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy, in particular items that are used, incomplete, returned after the deadline or shipped to an unauthorized address. Refused returns may be sent back to the original sender at the customer's expense.
